Have you ever been in a situation that you almost thought that you will lost your mom? My mom got sick for almost 2 years but doctors couldn't figure out what's the matter. Unfortunately, we got a dumb doctor! I saw my mom suffer from numerous attacks and I couldn't watched her when that happens. Every attack i thought she will die.I cried every night thinking that anytime i will lost her. I mean, I love my mom very dearly and she's all i had. She is my precious. My relatives are really worried about her. Good thing my aunt's doctor was good and she got a second opinion. The solution is for her to have an operation. Month after her operation she got well and feels great! Thanks God she's save! I thought i only have few days to be with her!

I am glad to hear that she is better. Losing your mom would possibly be one the hardest thing you will ever have to live through. I know exactly what you mean by dumb doctors we have a few of them here in Kentucky that you would swear are from quaksville. It is a wonder they even have a licsense. My mom suffered through a total nervuos breakdown when I was 10 and I had to grow up fast and take care of the household and cook meals luck I learned to cook at the age of eight. My mom is diabetic and she has had a heart attack and a stroke since then which she lost the use of her arm and leg for a whole year until she went to Ohio to better doctors after finding new Doctors she made a speedy recovery and is alot better. I am married now but that doesn't stop me from being worried about her everyday. Last month I thought we were going to lose her because she hurt her foot and since she is diabetic it didn't heal good and she got a very bad infection ended up in the hospital for several days and had 2 surgeries on her foot she almost lost it and her leg and the doctor said if she hadn't came in when she did she could have very well lost her life. So I have alot to be thankful for this year. It is when we think we are going to lose them is when it even draws us closer to our moms.

Yes, we did. 9 years ago my mom was having problems with an upset stomach, the doctor treated her as though she had indigestion, gave her zantac and didn't look into it further even though she kept complaining of the pains. One night my sister called us and said that mom was pale and thought she was about to pass out so they called the ambulance to take her to the hospital. As it turned out she had been having heart attacks, it did so much damage that they gave her 6 weeks to live and wanted us to call in hospice to prepare her and us for her passing. We opted not to do that because we didn't want her to give up. She survived for 9 years on just the center of her heart but we worried about her for those 9 years, we lost her in February '07, and it was the saddest day of my life so far. I'm so glad that your mom is ok, cherish every moment you have with her.
