Up-Date On A Fellow MyLotter: TerryZ

I did an private email to one of my dear friends here at MyLot, TerryZ. A month ago, she posted a discussion that things weren't too good in her life. She went on to say that fourteen months ago, she had surgery for a herniated a disc in her cervical spine, and was doing fine up until recently when she started having a lot of pain again.
To quote her from her discussion:
..."So I went to the doctor and yesterday I went for an MRI. My doctor just called me with the bad news I have another herniated disc.So they have faxed my MRI to my neurogislist. Now I sit and wait for furthur instructions. Please say a prayer for me I dont think I could go through another surgery. Im so scared. Im always telling everyone here to be strong and I dont think I can be strong this time."

Well I had emailed her since naturally I was concerned and hadn't heard any up-date on what was happening with her--she is still in a lot of pain, and is to go to the surgeon, next Tuesday on Sept.18th. She also happen to mention that she spends a lot of time over at MoraChat..another place I happen to belong as well.
So fellow MyLotters...let's all send our prayers for TerryZ's healing needs and that all will be well with her soon.

Wishing Terry Z the best. Keeping her along with several others in my prayers for over the weekend. I can't imagine what she's going through. The worse I've had is a messed up back, but that healed in a day. Hmm. I'll wish upon her my strength too. I don't know what else I can do. *hugs* *bow*

This is very sweet of you to write. I do not know your friend but I will pray for her. And she already seems to have a angel looking out for her. And that angel is you.

Hi Pyewacket, my prayers go for the quick and complete recovery in the best of ways of the herniated disk that TerryZ has again. And I read the previous discussion too, and feel deeply for her and hope all will be solved in the best of ways and ASAP. God Bless and HUGZ Terry if you read this :)

Definitely Pyewacket, and Chicha recovered very well duer to all the prayers in Mylot, I believe so very much , and I know that the power of many prayers combined can create miracles, so lets do our best to help TerryZ :)

that's really sweet of you to care about her so much... i did read her discussion and i also feel for her... i will definitely send a prayer for her tonight before i sleep and hopefully she will be fine... i really keep my finger crossed on her... she is very fortunate to have a friend like you who care so much about her... thanks for the post and take care...

Thank you my friend...I emailed her and told her that she has her friends here at mylot praying for her...how is your niece?? If you want to PM me about this that is okay...hope she is getting better.

I just come from her discussion,I let for her my best wishes and my prays.I hope soon she be fine again.I also sent her a friend request for I can learn her news,I hope she accept.
About you what can I say,you are such a good friend but I'm sure these isn't new for anyone have you as friend.....

Hey TerryZ, my prayers are with you and I know what you are going through, I have been there. I have had cervical scoliosis since I was 15 years old and have been going to Chiropractors most of my life. I also have nerve blockage and some spers on a few vertebras and three disk that are now gone. I am sending well wishes for a fast recovery. One thing I have learned about the pain I have with my back is dont let it control you but you control it beacuse when you have back trouble you cant give into it or we are dont for. Good luck and I know everything will come out great for you. Many hugs.

I hope she doesn't leave either...I would miss seeing that cute little snoozing puppy avatar of hers. I'll keep you updated what happens, unless she does it herself..hope she does

Hi pyewacket,
Thanks so much for this information, as I wasn't aware of her situation. I think it's important that we support our 'friends' and 'fellow myLotters' here, in cases like these. I do recognize her avatar, so have certainly seen her around. My thoughts and prayers go out to her, at this time. Please keep us updated on how she's doing.

Oh yeah I do remember her discussion about her back. I did wonder where she went for I haven't seen her here in quite a while. I'm so sorry she's got to go through that again. God love her. At least she knows what to expect this time around. That's what I said when I had to have the same surgery over again for the third time so it was easier to accept once it was done and over with. I will be praying for her. Also you could call 1-800-NOW-PRAY and start a prayer chain on her behalf.

I will Terry Z that she need s to think possitivly no matter what !
If she needs another infusion si be it lets get her out of oain Y a cant be scared dont work! ya have to be positive and think to yourself it will all work out!
I go in the next day for surgery to take both my boobies So we will pray for one another . . My prayers are with her. HUGS and blessings

I'm 'sending them up' (as my great friend likes to say) for Terry.
My hubby has the same problem with his back (his lower two discs) and he's not opting for surgery until he can't walk. He knows how it goes...

You're welcome! :) I've had my fair share of back problems, no none as bad as what she is going through right now, but know that back problems are painful, and I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.
I have started a little group here that is praying for her and sending strength and healing energies her way. We all hope that soon her problems will end.

Thank you again! Oh, yes I've had my share of back problems...I once had a strained muscle in my back and couldn't sit, stand or lie down without wanting to punch my fist in the wall...and I didn't want to take the heavy duty painkillers either...the ones that make you feel like you're in the twilight zone...and this was a MINOR back problem compared to Terry's
