I always wanted to have hair cut but I kept on postponing it for the fear that it could cause me stress. And i was never wrong, I now have a new hair cut with a bad hair day look always. And thats always my problem every after haircut. The problem is always me and myself. I decide on things and I end up regetting it and its always the same pattern when it comes to hair cuts ans its always my struggle. I have thought on buying hair grower so that it could go faster. I hate myself and I dont like looking meself on the mirror.

Well, all I can do is wait for it to grow than to to another salon to cut it again it would be another nightmare so Id rather wait than suffer some more.

Here I was expecting a photo of your hair. I am hoping the attatched phot isn't you. HAHAHAHA! Go back and say you'r not happy with the cut and see if they will fix it one way or another. Or use some gel to "calm" down your bad hair day style. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

The thing to remember about a haircut, bad or otherwise is that it will always grow. It is not permanent. As far as I know, for the average person hair growing things do not show a significant improvement in growth. Just make sure you eat well, take your vitamin supplements and get enough sleep. My mom always said your hair grows at night while you are sleeping. If we are very used to one look and then change to another it is very startling and hard to accept. It will grow out.

Hello Zelmarq!(",) Can you describe your new haircut? If its above your shoulder it's most likely to cause trouble because it does have the tendency to fly away. I always keep my hair below the shoulder level so that I can manage it by tying it in ponytails. Great day!(",)

Its longer than shoulder length, the original length was almost near my waist, but now its way in the middle from my shoulder and my waist. Well thats always my problem with hair cuts.

I think it may also be from you being used to such long hair and now it's short. Give it time and you'll get to like it I feel.

HA..HA..HA..what a funny that you have had. I think next time better ask any hair dressing saloon to set it up at your house. Pay more but better result.Ain't you, Zelmarq?

I am paying the normal fee and I have my own hair dresser to do the make over but Im not satisfied with the results. It was a lot better right after my hair was blow dried but the following day after I took my bath and went to the office, oh boy it was not as good as I imagined.

I suppose your hair is very fine and the hairdresser doesn't know how to treat it properly. I have a constant bad hair day for at least two weeks after I've had a hair cut. It's almost as if my hair goes into "shock", but after enough washing, it comes back to normal. I wouldn't distress it with any chemical products though.

I feel the same way every time I do cut my hair I can never style it the way I want it to look , like when ever the hairdresser cuts blow dries and styles it I think it looks good then when I go home and do it my slef it never looks the way it did when she did it . It must be the way I do it , but I am never as happy as I was when I left the hairdressers ... Thats when I end up regretting it ... Thats what I hate about getting my hair done ... Its been about two years since I cut mine because of it ... I hate my hair ...

I never know how to tell the beauty shop what to do with my hair, so I was never satisfied either. You may feel bad right now, but it WILL grow out and you will like it better soon. Not sure if hair grower will help or not, and isn't it really expensive? I'm usually the one to mess up my hair..I'll decide to trim it and start on one side and then the other and realize one size is shorter and trim some more on the other side, and it goes on until my hair is really short. I've learned to keep trimming to a minimum.

NOw Ihave a companion! me too I have a bad hair day always after I perm my hair last week. I don't like result it really messed up my hair. I've been thinking of going to salon again and rebond my hair but that would cost me money so I have to save first. anyway, goodluck to your hair and hope that it will grow faster. Yeah better use hair grower like aloe vera.

I've had a horrible hair cut in the last year too. But it wasn't my fault it was the beauticians! She didn't listen to me on how I wanted it cut and I'm still trying to grow it out right! I am like that when I get a perm. I'll say I want it because I have EXTREMELY thin hair and it gives it some body. But then I get it and HATE it the entire time I have it. I hope yours grows out to the way you want it soon :) And I certainly know how you feel.

I tried perming once but it didnt worked the way they expected it to be. After the perming my hair was still straight. I hope my hair grows fast, they say that our hair gorws while we sleep and I migh just spend lots of time sleeping for it to grow more and more every sleep.

Sorry dear your hair will not grow any faster than it already is and you putting chemicals on will not help matters one little bit, So instead of worrying and stressing about what might have been, deal with what is, get yours self some clips and barrettes and start to play with your hair see how many ways you can make different hair styles with what you have. As well they have all sorts of pony tails and swatches that you can attach to your hair that are both economical as well as cute. So stop with the what might have been and what might be and have fun today. it is a much pleasanter way to spend you time. Robin

I feel the same too everytime I go for a hair cut, I feel that they have messed up my hair. But most of the time, I think it's just me not used to looking at the "new" me. I usually give it a week or two and I would feel so much better with my hair. Don't worry, it's going to be fine! Don't let that get you down.

Im glad im not just the one having this kinds of problems after hair cuts. Its a realization that I hope to erase in time. Its not good to always maintain things and the feeling like this after hair cuts. I just cut my hair every after 6 months and its not so good coz there should always be trimming for the hair to be healthy and I just want to try that routine and see if I could make my hair healthier.

Many of us have bad hair days without even having our hair done.No matter what though it will grow back and maybe you can find a new hairstylist.

Im positive that it will grow sooner or later, I am trying the 100 brush strokes and see for myself if it will really work with me.

What you need to do is go to someone else and ask them to fix the cut for you, because if the person that cut your hair cut it at the wrong angle it will not look like it should. It can be fixed it happened to me. It will grow back in time but get it fixed so you can enjoy it until it does grow back, and never go to that person again for a hair cut.

She's a gay and have been the one who takes care for my hair for almost 5 years now and for that five years I have been feeling the same evry after hair cut. The cut is good but the fact that its shorter now makes me want to cry. Anyways, it was my decision to have a hair cut even when I know the results and the way I feel afther hair cuts. I hope I can get over this feeling soon.

It always takes me a while to get used to a new hair cut too, but after a while I'm sure that you will get used to it just like I do. We may not always be happy with them at first, but if your hair is anything like mine, it doesn't take too long to grow back out. At least you didn't get it cut really short.

I can see how you feel, friend. It is the same to me if I had my hair cut not in a nice way. But I have one very good hairdresser, who can always cut my hair nicely. She is always my # one choice when I go to have my hair cut.

Aww thats really to bad that you dont like your new haircut. My hair usually looks great right after a hair cut but then starts to look terrible a few days after that. My hair is naturally curly so I cant cut it very short or it looks ridiculous. Right now its very long. Probably about down to my elbows. Its layered. Tonight I'm going out for Valentines day so I will be straightening it with my flat iron.

Hi Zelmarq, My daughter one time went to school for about 3-4 months after a bad hair cut. It was the haircutter, all she wanted was a trim and she got like 5 inches taken off.. She was so mad.. Now all she allows near her with scissors is her sister and I. (But I can only cut across, she goes to her sister for a style cut) So maybe it is time to change who is cutting your hair??

Well thats always the problem with the hair cutter, they make us believe that as if the scissors have a mind of its own. Thats what I hate about going to the parlor often. Thats why I make it a point that its long enough so that they wont make any useless alibis just to protect their own reputation.
