So its been a while since I did this so I figured what the heck. In case you don't know how I do this works, I will concider the first 30 responses, and find the first one with the exact answer then I will give that person best response and reveal the answer. Okay I would have waited till alot more answers but some revealed the answer anyways so you were the first person to say it so you get best response.

I am thinking that it could be either rain or a cloud. I'm pretty sure I'm wrong but I'll give it a shot
