In my location, the Laotel internet fee yellow bill will be printed out when people pay its fee in advance. But my work company won't pay in advance if they don't see the yellow bill, even getting the receipt. The price is the same as US$20. Internet Laotel company will stop the internet using on 4th of every month if the company doesn't pay in advance. The company budget will arrived on 10-15th. Do you have to pay in advance before using it?Or do you have to see the bill before paying it?

While I agree that it is ok to pay some things in advance eg. if you know the amount will be exactly the same every time. But otherwise, I don't see why anyone should pay in advance before getting a bill. Actually, I don't think any payment should be expected without recieving a bill first. That seems to be very unfair. We pay our internet bill in advance because we are on a special deal which means it is the same monthly amount with no other charges but we still have the bill before the money can be taken.

Thanks for your fair comment. Every time I use the same price. I paid before, but now I am waiting for the July bill. They said it is zero. But they didn't provide the bill. They will print out and post the bill with another bill later.
