Do you add fruits in your daily diet? As often as possible I do. It is good for the health, I take it at its most natural form, like peel it off the eat them raw, How about you?

I always ensure that I will be able to eat at least one fruit per day. I used to eat bananas. Sometimes, I used to eat oranges. This fruit is rich in vitamin C, which is good in our health. Have a nice day and God speed!

since i am hypertensive, fruits as well as vegetables are a must for my daily diet. fruits and veggies are very fibrous and nutritious which make them beneficial for our health. researches affirm that they have nutrients that have properties for anti-cancer, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, anti-depressant, and anti-hypertensive and a lot more. Some fruits could be eaten with rind or peeling on it because they contain essential nutrients too like apple and guava. Other fruits need to be peeled off to be eaten. i prefer fresher fruits compared to canned ones.

We have a lot of wild guava in our farm, they grow like weeds. but in the city...lol... there was a time I had to plant one in a pot. the leaves are good for tea, specially when you have LBM. happy posting

why not? if you have an area you could do plant fruit trees. in fact i have one guava tree starting to grow in front of my house. LOL. i hope i could harvest its yield 4-5 years from now. he he he.

Yes, I know it is very good for the health, but sometimes I do not wish to eat fruits. I do not know why is it?

No I don't add fruit to my diet. The last time I had fruit it was in a pie. I had an apple pie last week.

yeah ofcourse we do have fruits in our daily diet and undoubtedly we eat eat raw , why to cook it ? lolz but you are very right , its really so essential to have fruits in our dialy diet...

I take fruits rarely. I like eating fruits RAW as it is good to health and tastier. Why to cook them and spoil the nutrition in it..? I love to eat fruits plucking from the plans/trees. It will be a real taste.

Yes fruits form a good part of my daily diet. Infact i take fruits only on monday as it is a fast day for lord shiva. I normally keep the fruits in water for a long time so that the effects of pesticides are reduced before consuming them. I also go for a lot of juices mostly fresh which i prepare myself at home.

I eat fruits every day. I especially like bananas and grapes. I eat my fruits natural. I don't care for all those added stuff.

hello Perry2007, fruits are a vital part of my daily diet regime.and i love eating fruits.i am into diet and fruits are a great help to me.i like taking them raw and not in juice form as juices contain lots of sugar.raw fruits can satisfy my hunger and also give me nutrients that is usually present in its skin.most of the time when i feel hungry apart from taking my meals,i will pick a fruit rather than any thing else.i think they are the most nutritious thing that should be included in everybody's daily diet.and not to forget "an apple a day keeps the doctor away".

I have a bananna everyday with my cereal or wheat toast. I also love green grapes, apples, cherries & strawberries. I am big on fruits and veggies.

I add fruits and vegetables daily . I am generally vegetarian so only food that keep me healthy is fruits and vegetables and i also add greens weekly twice and week end i prepare fruit salad and have it for lunch in addition to rice there is a proverb eat apple a day and keep doctor away it is suited for me since i dont eat non veg

Hello Perry2007 :) I always eat fruit. It's often pineapple, we have them everyday. Sometimes there's something else but most often, its just pineapple, because my husband argues that its the best fruit to fight cancer or something. I don't know if it should be a variety of fruits each day or same kinds should be fine. Well, cheers to health :)

in the house, we try to. papa in law makes it a point to have fresh fruits on the dinner table everyday, whether we eat them at lunch or at dinnertime. it's a family staple along with rice. :-)

I like to take raw fruits. I do like fried pineapple. There are lots of fruits in my fridge. It is my habit to at least a fruit daily, like mango or apple. Fruit is rich in vitamin c and is good for our complexion. It does help in the bowel moving. Since it is good for the health, take it regularly, my friend.

Hmmnn..fruits? i eat seldom, i am very choosy when it comes to fruit. Green manggo is one of my favorite but it is seasonal in our country. Sometimes, when i feel eating fruit, i just wash it then eat..just like a green apple, seedless grape and guava.

it is good for health to eat some fruits everyday, and i often eat an apple and a pear everyday, and i will drink two bottles of green tea. i spend too much time online, so i need more and more vitamins. apples are good for my skin, and pears are helpful to prevent radiation from my computer. and green tea is necessary for everyone who spend too much time online everyday, if you want to have a healthy skin. besides, who knows other fruits which is helpful for people who spend too much time online.

Hello Perry2007, Yes I add fruits in my daily diet. I like eating fruits oftentimes I have fruit after a meal or have it alone as snacks. Eating fruits is very healthy and provides a lot of benefits to our body. They help ward off and prevent certain disease and sickness. I too eat them raw and in their natural form, bananas I peel off the skin and apples I eat with its skin, I just wash it before eating. Sometimes I also make fruit juices or shakes out of them. My favorite's the green mango shakes. :-)

yes,I often add fruits in my daily diet. In summer I often eat watermelon when have lunch and supper, it is so delicious and I will eat more rice with watermelon.
