A backup dress?

I'm going to a wedding out of town this weekend as many of you may know already. As I gather my things to start the packing process, I began to wonder about taking a backup dress with me, just in case. If you were going to a wedding out of town, how many of you would pack an extra dress, Just In Case?

Me, I will, I will!!!! I generally pack two of almost anything I am going to need. Just in case. It is a bad habit that I have. You never know what might happen.

I would most definitely bring a back-up dress or dresses. You can never tell what the weather will be like and should like a choice of something warmer if it is cold, or something cooler if it is hot. This time of year the weather is really unpredictable. Then there is the unknown factor. What if there is a stain on the dress that you didn't see when you packed it but then noticed it in a different light when you went to put it on? What if it wrinkled terribly during travel?] Is there a chance that you would have to attend another event where you might need to wear something dressy? Perhaps the rehearsal dinner? You might want to be prepared for something like that. I think you should take a back-up dress with you. It can't hurt.

I did go to a wedding out of town a couple of years ago, and FORGOT to take my outfit! So the morning of the day my sister took me out to the mall and I bought a new dress but ended up losing my favorite earrings (cats with dangly tails).

I often pack backup items. I just like to know I will be comfortable and something on hand incase anything else comes up. If there is room in the suit case I think it is a wise thing to do.

Most definitely take a backup dress or outfit with your Lynn. You just never know what might happen, and it's always good to be prepared - just incase! Have a great time at the wedding.
