This is a thing of the past but still I want it to share with you. During the macho days of my father, that was 15 or more years ago, my father was lured by a 'professional mistress'. I say professional mistress because she was every married proffesional's other woman and never became a wife. In fairness to my father, he was loyal to my mom until this lady came to his life.
I made no effort to know this other woman. . . When I was still studying, I lived in a dormitory located in a city where this woman lives. One day, I was surprised when she came to my room and introduced herself as a special friend of father and according to her, she was sent by my father to give my weekly allowance. From then on, she kept on coming back. She'd bring me food, groceries, brought me to restaurants, movies, etc. She even offered to render her free laudry services which I declined. She was trying to do things which my mother could not do to me while I was away from home. In other words, she wanted to impress me by pretending to be a good surrogate mother. At first it was fun going out with her. But as time went by, I came to know her and what her real motive was. Things went wrong that I transferred to another dormitory in order not see her. I never told this to my mom. . . When I was ready to tell this to my mom, I found out that she already knew about the extra marital relationship of my father. In fact, she had an ugly encounter with this other woman when my mom caught her together with my father. My mom was so furious to the point that she even wanted to kill her. Literally!!! The extra-marital affair ended after two years when my father had a heart attack which caused the paralysis of his left body. Last year, he had his second stroke and is up to now bed-ridden. My mom had forgiven him before she died last December.

Definitely, I won't be a womanizer! First, As I have said, in fairness to my father he was not a woamanizer until he met this professional mistress. Second, I am a woman and womanizing won't definitely happen to me. .. hehe. Thanks for your response. God bless too.

Wow, I can't believe that there is such thing as a "professional mistress". It good that you mother has forgiven your father at the end. Truly, love endures.

That other woman has constantly been an other woman and never had a chance to become a wife. She also chose professional married guys who he knows will support him financially. That's why I called her a professional mistress.
