Having learned his lesson, Don Imus will be returning to the airwaves soon. Read about it here. http://www.newsday.com/entertainment/ny-spimus1003,0,799288,print.story I read somewhere that Don Imus made his orginal racist remark in jest and really thought he'd get away with it. You see, he is so obviously not a bigot or racist and has so many black friends he thought he could joke about race just like he was one of the "brothers". Shows what he knows. What do you bet he becomes more popular than ever?

Redyellowblackdog, I see your rating is now way down there! (Laughs) Don't you dare let them ever intimidate you! I tell you! What they will do in an attempt to intimidate any human with some commonsense!

Well, now I'm #1 and "they" are not! The curious thing is who are "they"? I really do not think any one person could drive anybody's score so low so fast. Could it be we have organized groups of people on myLot who really, really need to get a life? Or maybe it is myLot itself? I really do not know or have any idea. Since I'm here having fun I guess it does not matter.

(Laughs) Good for you, Redyellowblackdog! I, too, strongly believe that there are people on Mylot whose goal is to foster US propaganda. And whenever they see anyone setting the record straight about anything, they simply attempt to blindly refute without considering facts or truths, and then attempt to discredit such a person by downrating responses and deducting earnings (with, of course, the cooperation of Mylot)! I guess they do not know that true reformers are neither intimidated nor afraid of scare tactics! Hey, I like the way you choose to regard your #1! Don't you give up, and don't you give in! Cheers!

Oh, I almost forgot: In "More Hypocrisy from the Left..." ParaTed2k even told me that they are watching me! Seriously! (Laughs) And I, Netsbridge, told ParaTed2k and cronies that I, Netsbridge, will also be ready for them!

Those that like him will welcome him, those that don't will not. I wonder how long it will be before our favorite race-baiters will be howling in protest?

JJ & AS are known to accept contributions in return for which they do not bother you or your organization concerning matters of race. In the case of JJ I can remember during the Nixon administration there was a minor scandal when it was discovered that administration was afraid to have JJ charged with extortion for this racket. That had the goods on JJ but were afraid of riots and protests. To this day, no one has been accused of extortion in this business which clearly is extortion. Anyway, want to bet Imus has already made his "contribution"?

You know, I wasn't aware of this. That does explain a few things though, especially in the way that they are permitted to stick their noses into so many legal matters that are really none of their business. Talk about your RICO violations.... contribute or go out of business... nice.

You can make jokingly rude comments to friends when you know they'll understand that it's a joke. What Don Imus did was make a rude comment about people he does not know. That's generally acceptable to do to celebrities who thrust themselves into the public eye and make a target of themselves, but unlike Britney Spears or Tom Cruise or male basketball players like Shaquille O'Neal and Dennis Rodman, these women haven't done that. I have no idea what the names of the WNBA players are or what they do in their personal lives. After seeing Imus looking so sheepish on Al Sharpton's show, I get the feeling he didn't mean what he said the way it sounded, but it certainly was rude of him. I don't blame his bosses for firing him for making them look bad, but I don't think he should be forever denied a job, either.

I'd say you've nailed this one 100% correctly.
