White skin or Brown skin?

Mostly of us want and like there skin to be white. There are some using bleach and drinking tablets or injecting there self in order to have a white fair skin..White are more attractive than to have a brown skin..AHmmm..Mostly guys like girls that have a white complexion..YOu? what you like most a white or brown skin?

I don't understand why anyone would want to change their skin colour. Your skin is you, why change that? I'm me and if others don't like me the way I am, tough.
I don't agree that guys have a preference to white skin. Sure, some guys might prefer it, but plenty prefer dark skin, too. It's not your skin colour that attracts a guy - it's you. Just be yourself, and be happy within yourself.

For me, I like brown skin coz I'm a filipina and I'm proud to have brown coplexion. Yes it's nice to see white skin it looks more flowless they say but it depends coz I saw some white complexion looks dirty and if you use something to be white be carefull coz it may harm you someway.

Very Good Post!
Though colour is not so important, yet everyone wants to be fairer. No one wishes to have brown skin, barring few exception.
My complexion is quite fair (not boosting or appreciating myself) on the other hand my partner's colour is not so fair, she has wheatish complexion. But I see no problem in colour of skin, I believe, as long as we are good human beings and we can adjust with each other, colour of the skin is of no significance.
What is your colour of skin?

Do you feel that colour of your skin come into your relationship with anyone? I doubt, you think so!
I feel you are a nice and sweet person and if anyone has to be your friend, he/she won't mind or will not be of much concerned about your skin colour.

what you just write is just stupid... I'm a while male and I don't want white skin... and most of white people don't want white skin... that's why people go to the sea side... to tan the skin...
so in conclusion people want what they don't have... so grow up...

Sorry if you think this is stupidity dan.:) BUt i am just trying to get your side about this matter..YOu know and frankly to say that i came to this discussions base on my observations especially here in our country..I said "Mostly OR "Some" filipino men are more prefer in white skin girls than brown girls..And you should love your own color dear but don't make it to the point that you will hate it or hate other color. Personality or the one who wearing it is the most important.Tnx and happy posting:)

I find this fascinating! I'm white..Really white..Everyone around me acts like white is a bad thing..They cook themselves to have brown tans and me? well I go white to red with no in between..So its kind of cool that somebody out there thinks white is attractive..My husband's always asking me to get tan - like that'll ever happen..
Personally though,I've always preferred darker skins..Maybe its the whole "grass is greener on the other side" scenario..Fascinating topic!

No one should have to tamper with their natural colouring. Everyone is beautiful. I am white as white can get,lol, I wish i had a littl more colour sometimes. A person's colour is never an issue for me.An individual's spirit is what I really like to explore and understand.

This guy can't answer for other guys, but i don't have a preference for a woman's skin color! I see beauty in any color of skin! I think what should matter to most people is to look for the inner beauty! As a younger man, i noticed inner beauty is what is more important! Take care Ciades.

I find it amazing that people where you live try so hard to have white skin but in Australia people spend hours in the sun or solariums risking skin cancer to have brown skin.

its always been my principle to be contented with what God has given me but sometimes how i wish that my skin is a bit fairer. yeah you're right that most guys like fairer women. never in my wildest dreams that i will use injections or take some pill just to have a fair skin. for me what is important is that you have a healthy glowing skin. It doesn't matter if its brown or white.

That's a scary prospect. I would hate for anyone to go to such extremes to be a different color. I'm a white American and I'm fine with that. But ethnic individuals have a lot of traits that are absolutely beautiful. I would encourage people to focus on enriching their ethnic pride.

im an indian..fair skin is so much wanted here....i was fair when i was kid but i got myself tanned now..so u understand tht i like brwon skin

I truly don't understand the preoccupation with having light skin if you are not naturally given it. You are blessed with what you have, brown or white. I am proud of my skin color, I have an olive complexion and I would do nothing to change it. Men who love you won't care if your skin is black or blue, if they love you for the right reasons. I don't think one or the other is any more attractive. I think it is the person who wears the skin that makes the whole package.

I love my color mamasan..And it never came into my mind to change it. Although lighter or whiter skin is look attractive especially here in our country.. But i stand of what i have. And your right it is the person who wears it that makes the whole package dear.tnx and happy posting:)

Skin color shouldn't matter. It's what's on the inside that counts. Any color skin can be beautiful. I am white(pale white), lol, and I'd like to be a little darker. I can't even have a good sun tan by the end of summer. My legs are still ghostly looking. Darker people don't have that problem. lol

I don't know about that ciades, why would women take chances of skin cancer by sunning or going to a tanning booth? I think it just depends on the person and their preference. Myself, I would rather be darker, and yes, I am one who takes those chances, but I think I look better with darker skin..

everything we are borne with are gifts from God. we take care of these gifts. we may improve on the gifts but not totally change, improve i would mean take care. every individual should be proud of their skin color. we should not be dictated by anyone as to what is good skin tone is good for us. my color is the best for me. i will flaunt my color to the world. this is my way of thanking my Creator for the gifts. many thanks, perry
