I see that there are many people which do not feel sorry for the Olympic athlete because of her recent admission of steroid use, but I do feel sorry for this lady. I do not think that she is a bad person. I think she got caught up in the need to win, like many other athletes. Anyone that has seen her run can see that she had the talent without the drugs. It is a sad day in the world of Olympic Sports.

This is a very sad situation and this young woman attended school in Southern California. There are so many young people that had looked up to her and she let them down badly. I don't feel sorry for her, as she lied and hurt so many people with her lies. The runners that finished after her must have though, if I had just trained harder. She made sports look bad.

There are many people out there that are much worse than her but everyone is disappointed and ashamed of her because she cheated and she lied to the public. She disappointed all the kids who looked up to her as a role model and believed she won by hard work and talent. I am disappointed in her as well and will not believe anything that comes out of her mouth. She did get caught up in winning like many athletes these days. Now she may have to do jail time because of her lying to federal agents.

I was actually dissapointed in her for using steroids and was sadden for her too. I know of a lot of kids that looked up to her and wished they could be like her one day. I really don't know what else to say other than I hope she has learned her lesson.
