where does your income comes from?

Two different kinds of income;
1. Active income - result of your own hardwork; salaries, allowances, commisions, professional fees, overtime pay, etc.
2. Passive Income - geerated by your earning assets and investments.
As of today, i must say I have an active income. All from my hardwork. But hoping soon, I am able to have a passive income,too.
How about you, where does your income comes from?

what about income from myLot?? ^__^
i only have an active income and that is from my work. i don't have any investments although i would want to have one like a business perhaps. before, me and some of my friends planned to have a joint business venture once we had stable work and enough money for capital. but we sort of got busy with our own lives and lost communication so it didn't pursue.

Active!!
Im currently earning through my salary.. Hopefully, it will turn to Passive within the next couple of years. I am now raising amount to put up my own business... God-willing, I'll have my own Acoustic Bar by mid of 2009. Still keeping my fingers crossed with my plans... To all those who are planning to build up business of their own, I wish you all GoodLuck and Many Returns every Year!
