What part of the chicken do you like most?

Here in the Philippines, all parts of the chicken, except the feathers are edible. The intestines are barbaqued, called IUDs, and also the head, the gizzards, liver and heart are used as ingredients of a lot of FIlipino dish, the clotted blood is grilled, the feet are boiled then cooked with several herbs and condiments, which we call "adidas". But my favorite part of the chicken is the breast, I love them grilled. How about you.

I like the neck of chicken best.In our country,it's the same to your country.We eat all parts of the chicken except the feathers.

Rayulgc01, I love the head most! I love it grilled after marinating it with calamansi, soysauce, pepper and garlic.

I like neck and leg parts.I think chicken soup is good for many diseases and in rainy season,in India lot of people take chicken soup as medicine.

I do not at all enjoy eating organ meats. I won't eat the liver or heart of any animal. I prefer to bbq the wings of the chicken till they are crispy. I like to eat the white meat of the chicken since it has less fat and is healthier for people. My favorite way to have chicken prepared is with some cream of mushroom soup on top of a cooked chicken with some lemon juice and pepper seasoning. Drop some capers on top of the cream of mushroom soup and then it's complete. The give a salty contrast to the creamy taste of the chicken and the mushroom soup.
