They thought I was over due, and so the enduced me by the Drip, I had my son normally, however...they induced me at noon on the 11th of January. The intern tried to break my water, but couldn't get it. Around 2 in the afternoon. I think I lasted with no Pain killers until about 6 oclock that night. I started Vomiting and could stop, so I pleaded for demerol and a hot water bottle, this last for about 3 hours, and I slept then I just couldn't take it anymore, I was constantly throwing up and it hurt my back worse when the labour came as I was doing it. I gave in and had the epi...I fell back to sleep until I woke after at about 2 am, I felt the baby start to crown I told the nurse and she got the doc, and 15 minutes later my son was born... So I had it pretty bad, but held in with no relief for quite a while

BabyBoy - Baby boy
My water broke too, so they induced me at the hospital, then after a while everytime i had a bad contraction i would get a horrible pain my leg... so i asked them if i could have something, they gave me nubian. After i was dilated to 5 i think it was, they gave me my epidural. Thankfully it worked and i didnt feel any pain, only pressure when it was time to push

Not one in 4 times. I had my 1st one at 17 was told by the Dr. I was in labor at an appt. had her 56 minutes after getting to the hospital. No meds at all. No pains either. Sat up in bed and had Burger King right after they took her to the nursery, 2nd at 20, water broke that time, born exactly 3 years apart to the day and minute. Only difference 2nd was born in Okinawa so it was technically a day later. No meds, No pain, they tried to send me home. Not!! 3rd got to the hospital just in time was naturally numb from the waist down. Doctor didn't deliver her. Nurse did. 4th Yeah a boy. Thank God for Dr. appts. Yep doc didn't make it time for him either. He decided it would be a while and went home for dinner. But I still had to pay every one of the Drs. Lots of exercise and stretching is what I chalk it up to. Would have had more but it got to expensive.

I have fibroids. So when I was pregnant with my son, the doctor wanted to take him 2 weeks before due date. So I was induced at 8 am in the morning and was suffering until 5 pm. I couldnt manage the pain of the fibroids. Finally, I yelled at the doctor so he did a C section and the baby was born at 6 pm. Second time, I was a placenta previa !!! was in the hospital for 1 month. Baby was born with C section 6 weeks before the due date. She was so small Anyway, I am very happy about both of them, no words can describe.

My first child was a very difficult birth and I didn't have any pain medications. My second child was induced due to the problems I'd had having my first child and they gave me an epidural, however, they waited too long to give it to me and he was born before it could take effect.

Well I was in labor almost all day he was my first and the doctors tried to enduce but i declined. When it was finally time I kept asking them to put me under but the doctor refused then when I kicked the doctor in the delivery room he gave me the general anetesia. He knew what was good for him or else.
