how long do you work a day?

i work almost all the day except i am sleep. i feel tired very much

I work from 8Am to 12 noon, then 1-5PM. That's 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week. Since my work is related to research, overtime are usually uncompensated. It was presumed by management that the scope of work of my job will sometimes require me to render service beyond the required 40 hours a week.

I am very lucky to be in a job where i go to work at 10 am then leave around 4 pm... there is no pressure for me to be early or to leave late... because that is the arrange between me and the person who hired me... so i only work around 30 hours a week... but paid in full... whick is like a dream come true for most workers...

I work 7.5 hours per day, 5 days a week. I often get off early, though. Never weekends. I get paid for a 40 hour week, though. (I love my job!)
