On Friday we all were craving for ice-cream and decided to go out and buy some at Baskin Robbins. I usually don't eat ice-cream on cold days because it makes me even colder but for some reason I was craving for Strawberry Cheesecake ice-cream LOL It was yummy though and I did feel colder after eating it haha! So do you eat icecream or anything cold and icy on cold days?

As weird as this may be I eat ice cream when i fancy ice cream and regardless the weather or the seasson. Only difference is that where i tend to eat it outside in the summer and will have the spontaneous ice cream as you go by the store, in the wintertime I will more have it on stock and eat it for relaxing cosy time and always indoors.

While I lived in England they introduced a Vianetta mint flavoured one. When I first heard of it I thought yurk, but them tried it one day. My was it good, best ice cream i ever had and it sure became my favourite. However they have never heard of this in Denmark though we have Vianette ice cream too and i sure miss it. Otherwise I like the strawberry flavoured ones but any ice cream made of real cream (of course) wil do when I am in mood :)

Of course here in new delhi we use to take ice creams main kulfi items during winters to equalise our body temperature towards warm.

Ice cream produce heat, since it is sweet. I eat them depending on my hunger, if I crave them and they are available in my friedge I eat them!;) I love the natural flavors we have here, from mango to durian!;)

haha Samoa is a lot like that too. When we had function we would eat dessert first because the icecream would melt very quickly.

I will gratify my ice-cream craving even in a blizzard! So, yes I will eat my favourite Laura Secord ice cream -- French Crisp -- no matter the weather. I just have to make sure I have taken my Metformin, LOL!!!

Laura Secord is a Canadian brand. French Crisp has crisp toffee chunks, nuts, butterscotch ripples, and I think the base is a combination of vanilla and coffee--supper yummy I am drooling just thinking of it now!!!

Hihi, to start with, I seldom eat ice-cream. Also, over here in Singapore, the coldest we get is on rainy days. :P When I traveled to cold countries, I was surprised to find ice-cream sellers in the chill of winter - and with a long queue of customers to boot. I tried an ice-cream when the weather is cold and it was an interesting sensation. =)

I dont' know why I turned off all the notifiers of those who were not active. I did a clean sweep of my friends list and deleted those who were not active for more thand 3-4 months and then then turned some of the notifiers off LOL I knew you would come back haha

Hihi, I am fine, thanks. Looks like you missed the discussions I started past 2 weeks then. :P Why turn off my notifier if you want it on in the first place? If I don't post any discussion, then leaving the notifier on is the same as off. Anyway my friend, you do not need to turn my notifier on or answer my discussions if you don't want. Just enjoy yourself and I am happy. =)

YES!! I eat ice cream almost EVERY day! Ice cream is definitely my weakness. I sometimes try to swear it off, but when I don't have it in the house, I just crave it so bad, I end up going to Dairy Queen, and spending WAY too much money on it. So, I have just decided that I love ice cream, and life is too short not to enjoy it, and I REALLY enjoy eating ice cream. So what if every bite of it sticks to my middle! lol

Ice cream eaters would eat ice cream in the middle of an age ice lol. I have sensitive teeth so I wait until it is soft rather than bite into it, but I really love the stuff. If you make your own you can make lower calory and additive free stuff too, so it is win win. If you get cold, you can wear a hat and socks, which is actually my usual cold weather indoor look lol.

I don't like ice-cream that much so even on summer i rarely eat but i also see people taking cold drinks or ice-creams in winters and it looks foolish to me. I find it really funny when i see people eating ice-cream on cold days and sometimes i ask them why they are eating it when its freezing cold but they just give a simple reply that they love ice-cream anyway different people different opinions.

I hear ya. I was surprised to see quite a few people with their children too eating icecream at Baskin Robbin the other night. I don't know how my husband can drink cold drinks and water too as I often have to have something hot to drink on cold days. Thanks for your comment healer!
