What do you do with Inactive referrals??

I have several inactive referrals in my downline. After many months, it is clearly obvious that they are never going to participate here. What happens if I delete them? What would you do? Do you keep them in your list or cut them loose?

All of my referrals are pretty inactive and I'm tired of staring at them myself but I don't think there really is anything we can do about them. I don't think we can delete them, can we? I mean, they're accounts would still be here because we're not allowed to do something like that. So I think we just sort of have to deal with them.

I think I could delete them from my list of referrals and from my list of friends as well. Only 1 of my original 10 referrals is still active. Very dissappointing.

Just leave them...you cannot force their interest until they realize it someday. Inactive referrals usually those people who have little interest to your program but they join just to try. After found out it is not worth it or cannot do anything about they just dont do anything. Some will study the programs and realize how to make money through it some others will just dont bother. Until their own will and interest force them to do so. So just leave it that way

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this issue. Very surprising to find such insight from a newbie. I look forward to seeing many more of your postings.

I think everyone who is on money making sites has lots of inactive referrals and what harm do they do if they keep on being in your referral section of your profile. Well they would remain your referral life long on the site they joined under you. U can delete his friendship request or may be delete them but you cant hide the fact that they are your referrals. So if you delete them they wont be your friend but if they ever logged in and earned 4 cents you would still get a cent.

This is true. So true. I will probably leave them for awhile longer.

I have four of them and none of them are active. Can you imagine that? Anyway, I am just going to leave them there and who knows, may be one fine day, they would come back and start to be active. LOL!

I have only one referral, some guy who joined only one week ago. But he is inactive, and I do not know what to do about him. I have been pestering him to post discussions, but he's not done so. I am giving him two weeks, and then see what I can do for him.

Hi royal, I've deleted the referrals that didn't join after a few months. Just as you said, it's obvious they're not going to join to why bother having them on your referral list? So no I'd not keep them on my list and would let them go.

Hi, thanks for sharing your experience with me. I am going to take a closer look at my referrals. I think I am going to trim them back to only the serious active ones.

If inactive referrals don't bother your earnings....Why delete them?

They don't bother my earnings. I just find it annoying to see them on my list when they are not active and have not intention of being active. It is like having clutter in my way.

hello royal52gens, I don't know is mylot cut our reward if they delete post, the safest way is too as quick as possible get our pay out, so mylot can't cut our reward.

You only make money if they are active. Mylot gets nothing also if they are inactive. These are accounts that have been inactive for many months.

even if you could (but I don't think so) it's not wise to erase them: they could just chage their mind and start posting

I always keep referrals on my list. It's my only way to keep track of them, just in case...

I have 3 referrals myself. All 3 seem to be dormant. One of them, being in Austrailia, ended up with a full-time job & no longer has the time to come here. Furthermore, it seems that in Austrailia, bandwidth is a big issue. If you're doing a lot of stuff online, you end up paying heavily for it. Another one is busy with a lot of other stuff. The last one, who I don't even know, just signed up & that was it. I just leave them hoping that one day, they can come & get active.

I have 10 referrals, all inactive. I don't do anything, just let them be. Maybe I should send those messages? I don't think they get messages. Some people want to make money by opening an account....lol

HI Royal Mom! I believe that it is possible to delete them from your friends list, but not from your down-line. I have 5. One was VERY active for one month then stopped all together. I made as much from that referral that month as I made for my self! Of course I have been gone a while and it could be different now. I either read this on an official mylot thread, guideline page, or a post from a very reliable, um... expert of the workings of mylot, member=o}.

i also have a lot of inactive referrals. i feel disappointed and i feel sad for them because they don't know what they are missing here but i guess this is not just their cup of tea. as of the moment i guess. i am not thinking of deleting them since they are not really affecting my earnings and my ratings right?? so i just let them there. and besides, i don't know if we could delete them. i haven't checked that out. ^__^

Actually I cannot believe what replies I am reading here. Do you guys honestly think one of you (us) could delete someone else's account, just like that, be it active or inactive? What you can do is remove that account from your list of friends, but that's it and that's all. Just think about anyone having this kind of power over your account, the person who referred you here being able to erase your account at his or her whim. Doesn't seem either right nor logical, does it? So why would you have this kind of power over other people's accounts. As for my inactive referrals I just keep them in there 'cause it's not like they're consuming any resources of mine and who knows, perhaps they'll be back someday and I'll be notified on their discussions.

I have three inactive referrals. It doesn't bother me. After all, I have to depend on myself rather than counting on others. I won't delete them.
