I always put my cellphone under my pillow whenever I go to sleep.I never turn it off.whenever my phone rings, even if it is in the middle of the night and I am in a deep sleep,I will still answer it.Even if I really don't want to.LOL.I cant help but to answer it,because I can never tell on what it is all about If I wouldnt answer my phone, and maybe that phone call is very important. but If I am in a deep sleep and if I feel that my cellphone vibrates just because someone texted me,I dnt bother to read it..I just read my text messages in the morning..well,its because even if I read those text messages in the middle of the night,I will be too lazy to reply with them..so what is the sense of waking up and read those?LOL. How about you?do you still wake up to answer phone calls or reply to text messages?

Hey there zer0charly... I have the similar habit as yours. I never switch off my phone under any circumstances, until I am giving my examination and I have to keep it with the examiner. I never switch it off otherwise. Even when I sleep I keep it on and besides my pillow. I never put it under my pillow or else I would hardly notice. I never put it on silent while I sleep, as I can never recognize the cellphone vibrating when am sound asleep, but ya I always keep it on ring so that if any body calls up I may know and I always receive my calls, you never know when it might be really important. Ya but then I do keep my sms tones real short so that I can only notice them when am full alert and not get disturbed of them while sleeping. Take Care May GOD Bless YOU

Curiousity always gets the best of me, so yes, I always answer my phone and read my texts--provided I actually hear the phone, that is. I never turn my cell off, just in case. I found the few times that I did turn it off, I missed urgent phone calls. It never fails. But thankfully, my friends know better than to call me at 2 AM just to chat.

Usually something important is there then only people call at night. I hardly get any wrong numbers. So if I cannot wake up, my wife will answer and if the caller need to talk to me, I get up and talk. But the problem is I may not be able to get sleep again. In the same time, one cannot ignore an important call.

I turn my cellphone off, whenever I go to sleep. As I lower our home phone's volume down, since I don't like being disturbed while sleeping. I don't expect anything important in the middle of the night, so I don't put my cellphone under my pillow but simply put it on a cellphone-holder..

I generally put my phone on silent mode while I am sleeping, so the point never arises to answer the phone.. I don't really get to know if there's a call while I am asleep...

I don't turn off my phone, too! If ever I wake up to the ring of the phone, I would answer it. But it seems no one is really calling me in the wee hours, so all is well. As for the SMS, my message alert tone is set to number 3, whereas my ringing volume is at 8 -- so if someone send a text message, for sure I won't hear it and would just read it when I wake up.

I always have my phone on my bed side table, so I read the text and text back if I have not fallen straight back to sleep in the middle of reading it. If someone rings me during the night I answer it if it is someone I know as it must be important for them to be ringing at that time, but if it is an unknown number then I just reject the call and assume that it was a wrong number.

sometimes, those unknown numbers are the one who is important..and sometimes, out of curiosity, I just answer the call.

well, I can't blame you for not remembering anything. maybe you're too sleepy that time.. it sometimes happens to me..

I cannot remember what the call is about when I am half asleep, people have told me that they have had full conversations with me in my sleep and I can't remember anything the next morning. So I definitely wouldn't want to answer an important call for that reason, because the people would think that I have the message when I don't.

i alwyas put my cellphone on bedstand whenever i go to sleep.i never turn it off.for i seldom recieve a call in the middle of the night.my relatives never call me at the middle of night.then if my cellphone rang at that moment.it must be someone call wrong number or some strangers disturbing phone.

I never turn my phone off b/c there could be an emergency, however I won't always hear it if it rings in my sleep. I figure though that if my phone rings in the middle of the night and it's my family or friends, something might be wrong so I better answer it.

i always keep my phone off and let it over there beside my pillow when i go to sleep. i feel unhappy to wake up just for answer the phone and messages. i'll read and reply text messages the next morning. and i think the guy must call again if there is really important thing .

I am lucky because so far no one calls me late at night . I have my ringer down , but my fiance keeps his cell phone by the bed. He usually will sleep through anythig so what does it matter, but I would hear it . Yeah , why read a text I agree . If it is important they will call or keep calling .
