how do you release stress?

our life is very stressful now a days. what is your techniques in releasing your stress? share your stress tips.. maybe it would help other people. right? to reduced their restlessness.. hope you can share something.. thank you.

hello,paulit!right,life is full of stress and tension.why first understand this and there will be no problem in your life.increased stress levels caused by economic prosperity and modern life style,including unhealthy eating and drinking habits contributes to high blood pressure which ultimately may lead to heart problem .so ,say good buy to stress.do some exercise regularly and take deep breathing as it can help one relax by lowering blood pressure and easing muscle tension.in fact,as little as 5 minutes a day of deep breathing can refresh you. deep breathing conserves energy and improves sleep and concentration.so i think it is the only way to conquer stress.at the same time start the habit of laughing,at home with your children and of course ,with your better half, with friends in the club as it will help reduction of hormones associated with stress response. take balanced diet.no drinks or smoking.

Stress actually depends on an individual, but i think through regular practice, one can manage stress. I think the basic thing to reduce stress is to prioritize problems and face them one at a time, do not solve them at the same time. Usually, I start with simple problems first and let go the hard ones and those which you think will take a long time to solve. As I once heard from a friend, a glass of water is very light, but if you will hold it up for a day or two, it becomes heavy, your arm becomes sore and your body will ache. So to make it simple, place the glass of water down first if you are not ready to drink it. The same with problems in life, if you were not able to solve them release them for the mean time, so you can relax, sleep and rest well, so that you'll have the energy and a clear mind, when the time comes to face it again. Hope there's there some sense in what I said.
