SPAM!!! How many do you get in one day?

I might try that then. I've been using one called Blue Frog and it's rubbish!

My spam folder hold 90% of my e-mails. Fortunately Thunderbird, the mail client from Mozilla gets rid of most of it. I'm impressed with it.

In the 3 months since I first posted this discussion, the amount of spam is definately increasing.

I get loads, but that is deliberate. I belong to a group who reply to these scamemails which you get saying you have inherited millions, or a business proposition which will net you millions etc. We reply to them, convince them we are interested in their proposition, and then waste their time. There is no monetary gain, but if we can waste their time, it may mean one victim is saved from being scammed.

That's a lot of e-mails. For sure you would need a good spam filter. 200!!! That's terrible! Someone should disconnect these spammers from the internet.

I tried Mozilla's Thunderbird, the e-mail client. I was actually very surprised to see how well it handles SPAM and SCAMS.

Yes, I was in this "boat" also. I still get some, but it's less now after I changed e-mail client.
