I stockpile and have a lot of bathroom tissue enough for several years. I'm still using the paper towels that were purchased a couple years ago when I couldn't stop getting free ones. Its not possible to just skip free items.

I have lived in the country all my life so have enough food and supplies on hand have always been a necessity. Yes, I have enough of everything to last for about 6 months easily. Like I said we have always had to be prepared for anything.

I grew up on a farm we grew a lot of our food and helped my grandparents with thier gardens. We also butchered our own food. We canned and froze food for later. Now I live in the city but I am still a country girl in my heart.

I learned that this is really good to do. Once I had the flu and couldnt drive and go out so those stock piles can really come in handy....especialy if everyone is sick and noone can drive.

It is also a good idea for when times get tighter or unexpected bills arrise and you have to cut your food and necessities budget.

We have tons of food in this house. I buy a lot of cereal, pasta, and canned goods when they go on sale. We also have an abundance of toilet paper and paper towels. I always rotate my cans when putting them into the pantry. I need to get some bottled water. We have a well and if the power goes out we have no water.
