how many times you have tea during a day?

i normal hv one cup in the morning for freshening up myself, then 3-4 cups during d day for energizing & revitalizing myself... what u say guys???

I don't often drink tea,I only drink a cup of tea about a week,I'm used to drink water,I know that it's better to drink some tea,so I think I should drink more

I drink tea once or twice a day only... But I drink Iced tea a lot... I love my tea cold! ;)

Usually, I have a cup of tea at afternoon, when I am reading a book. And I also have about other 3-4 cups a day.

I drink it all day long. In the cooler months, I drink it hot, and in the summer I drink it iced. I usually drink tea instead of coffee, but occassionally, I do enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Then, after that initial cup, I switch over to my tea.

Hello,Navneet!I am very fond of taking tea,before meals or after does not matter.All most in every alternate hour i take a cup of black tea which is my favorite drink.it makes me active and relieves me of all stresses.it stimulates the body and mind.keep on and have a good day.

in working days i would like to take 2 cups of tea, actually i take 5 cup of coffee in a day and takes only 2 sip from that so it is an average of 2 cups. and in the holidays when i am at home , i take no coffee or tea.

I would say on average I would have about 4 or 5 cups, but I look at it as my water intake, and I have been reading how good tea is for you so I don't hesitate in making myslf a nice relaxing cuppa.
