Dolly13 You just have a high metabolism, but it probably will slow down as you get older. If I were you, I would make a concious effort now to regulate what you are eating. Try to include lots of whole, natural foods such as fruits and vegetables, and lean protein....

Dolly13 During the cooler months, I always drink my hot coffee or tea. But in the summer months I switch to having my iced tea. I live in Louisiana, so since it is already nearing 90 degrees here on a daily basis, I have switched to iced tea now.

Dolly13 I make sweetened tea, but I do not use sugar. I also do not to use artificial sweeteners. I use stevia, which is all-natural, and makes some of the sweetest tea ever. And, stevia does not affect glucose levels.

Dolly13 I would say that a person finding their ideal weight can be very simple. It should not be based on what other people think. Instead, it should be the weight at which YOU think you look your best, and where YOU feel the healthiest.
