What is your main product? I have a number of home based businesses.. Shaklee...Environmentally sensitive products for the home. Love it because they help many of the causes that I hold dear to my heart. Pampered Chef...A quality cookware, serving, and table company. If you buy quality it will last a long time so you will not be contributing to the landfills or using packaging with each new item! Ok so you think my products are cleaners, vitamins, cookware? Wrong!!!!!! My most valuable product is my well trained distributors in my down line. You see no matter how great your product is you need people to promote it with you. So when I say my real product is my team members I am telling you the truth! How many times do you sign up and find that you do not get the training you need to make your business grow? Your business won't grow until you realize the value of your downline and your upline.A good upline will help you succeed..they won't throw you out to get eaten by the wolves! A good downline is only good if you help them become good by making sure they have what they need to grow..Below find a paragraph that my sponser emailed me when he was training me. "We are in the leadership development business. Our product is our people. We find the right people and train them systematically with the skills and attitudes of success." Bottom line...My business took off once I decided to just simply "help other people", even if I didn't know everything. I love helping others so when I found this training it was right up my alley! Remember that if you are with a biz that doesn't value you you will most likely not be prosperious! If you have a downline be good to them because if they don't make it you don't make it. www.MyEnviroSafe.Com

Being co operative and team minded is always the best way to get ahead. In any pathway in life I would rather help someone than compete with them.
