TV LAND- The Free Antidote For Today's Awful Television...

There are very few reasons for me to turn my TV set on nowadays... Not only because in the main, today's TV programs are absolute nothing but "Between Advertising Filler" and it's bad ads, at that... But also because I have found so many great free resources online like TV LAND: http://www.tvland.com/home.jhtml Here you find some great classics like Night Court, Barney Miller, and other TV greats... Good stuff for good laffs, as well as dramas and classic movies... I'm of a mind that says to much of today's TV programming leaves you "Sell Shocked!" without adding much of value to your Life and Affairs... I'm a writer and I often wonder how the "Good Stuff" was written... When I go to watch TV LANDS classics, I certainly gain a perspective on how Humans actually had to write "Good Stuff", season after season... Todays writers have formulas to guide them, and without such Human input, today's TV really leaves a lot to be desired... Even the commercials of classic TV were better written that today stuff... At least when I go to "Wax Nostalgic"... I'll have a fun reference in the old floor waxing ads, that a Robo- Floor cleaner simply doesn't bring on! :)
