shar43 Yes I agree about tv. I rarely watch it anymore. Jerry Seinfeld and a few of the "oldies" that are still on I watch but the rest they can TRASH!!!The Cooking Channel I could watch all day. And the movies--just awful!

shar43 Yes definitly weight plays a big factor in high blood pressure.I have put on a "few pounds" in the last couple of years and my pressure has gone high. I take 1 pill a day and I am now on beta blockers to see if that will bring it down. I hover around 156 most...
