Have you bought the Christmas tree yet?

Christmas is coming. I wonder whether you already bought the Christmas tree and prepared for it? I haven't bought it yet. As a matter of fact, Christmas isn't our holiday and we can't take a day off at that time. Although Christmas is becoming much more popular here, but there are still not many families have the Christmas tree at home. Usually people will go out and have a nice dinner in the restaurants and see the Christmas trees in the department stores. This is our common way to pass Christmas. Actually a few days ago when my son and I went to a department store, I wanted to buy one small Christmas tree so that my son could understand this holiday. But he was not interested in it, and I also found I already bought many things for him already and the home would be mess if there would be one more Christmas tree. So I cancelled my this plan.

We do not celebrate the christmas as we belong to Hindu Religion. However, I wish to state that couple of our christian friends have already brought the christmas tree from a famous market in Bangalore. In fact I did gave some tree decoration materials like small electrical colour bulbs, canes, good cotton etc. Bangalore has fairly good number of christians and there are some lovely historic churches and christmas is celebrated with colour and geity.

This is called Russel Market, built by Britishers in 1800 or 1850s. Here Christians find 99% of shopping materials for all occasions. There is also a chinese shoe maker who has orders for making shoes for next 5 years.!!

This year I bought a potted Norfolk Island Pine tree and decorated it for Christmas. I made light weight decorations and I did not put lights on it, as it might burn it to have lights. I have done this kind of tree before, but, I usually do not do well keeping it alive more than about four to six months. My husband and I live alone, so I do not necessarily want a big Christmas tree. I like lots of decorations, though. I hang lots of stars to celebrate the Christmas star.

No, I have not bought a Christmas tree. Just as you, Christmas is not our holiday. But we also would like to enjoy the day.

We have our tree up in our house now. Usually we're a little late with it and trying to get it decorated 3 or 4 days before Christmas but this year I did pretty good. I had it up and decorated by last Sunday. It's absolutely beautiful and I love having it in the house because it puts me in a festive mood.

More and more people are preparing for the Christmas Day.Some one buy presents for their friends, other one may buy a beautiful Christmas tree. These days,we can see many of the trees in the stores or supermarket on sell.In china, this holiday is being accepted by more people as that our own's holiday-the Spring Festival is becoming deserted.I do not think it is a good trending.I did not buy the Christmas tree ,but it is not stand for that i do not like it.I just have not enough money.
