flat belly, lose weight

i am a mother of two and my big problem is my belly, pls tell me how can i get my flat belly again? what kind of exercise i have to do? or are there any options?

Imho, If you want the easy way, the tummy tuck is the fastest way to go. I'd agree with emarie. If you want to see the "fruit" of your labor, a proper diet and a good exercise particularly involving your abs at most routine. If you're still a bit big and unable to do crunches lying down then maybe do dieting and cardio workout first like threadmills, walking or jogging. Creative ways are exercise videos involving dance routines. Once you lose size and able to do abdominal exercises then go for it. I've seen women who have great abs muscle development that when they got pregnant, their tummies don't bulge up so much. After their delivery and able to, they again worked their abs, it's easier cause from the start they've already developed them abs. But for us starting out,try to do some form of ab exercise regardless if its crunches, anything that would tighten your tummy. Controlled breathing also work while contracting your tummy and holding it while breathing. Or even while eating, doing this would make you feel full. But the most important imho, is that you're enjoying, motivated,positively charged up while doing your exercises. Good luck and have fun.

I know partly on how you feel I too am working on flattening my tummy, I just haven't had kids yet but I still want to flatten it. What I have noticed that has helped me is I do sit ups every night and I also do this belly dance work out video. I feel kinda dorky doing it but it really does work out your stomach. good luck.

I have the same problem...i was size 2 before i had my 2 kids..now, i had my second baby 2 months ago, and i want to lose weight.(i am 20 pounds extra)...I am addicted to sugar now,and I don't have time to exercice with the kids at home..I know that exercise on the belly area and diet will definally help...but i still havent try it!
