should plastic be banned?

Plastic should be banned as carry bags. Its one of the single largest threat for the nature. but if proper recycling of plastic is done, it can indeed be used to a limit. the ideal substitute for plastic is organic bags like jute bags. they are strong as well as bio degradable! so the added benefit of no pollution!!!

Plastic is a big problem if not recycled. Cloth is an alternative.

there is no need to bann plastic carry bags.Plastic can be recycled and we can get rid of plastic pollution.The local body authorities has to collect these plastic waste and sent it for recycling.Plastic is a woderful research products and it is very light and convenient.We have to use it properly.

yes it should be and replaced by self decomposable material like paper bags or bags made of cloth

I've already started using canvas bags while shopping and I don't like getting the plastic bags when I forget to bring them. I also try to recycle those little plastic bags that I use for bulk items, too, whenever I can and they're not damaged. I don't know if they should out and out be banned, but I know a lot of cities that are talking about doing so if they haven't done so already.

not entirely because plastic can be used recycled and used so their is not big harm in tat but plastic bags are harmfull to then nature they dont decompose soon and ppl are using them excessively and wasting it verymuch which we cant even recycle, even if we do tat then it would be harmfull for us.. so it us better not to use plastic for carring food instead its better to use paper bags or cloth bags in this case.
