Have you ever eaten brussel sprouts? I'd definitely rather starve than eat them. Yeah, you could lose weight on them cause you'd never eat if you had to eat them! Gross. I'm a vegetarian and you'd never find those things in my fridge!
Forget the fad diets and eat healthy girls. Don't eat after 4pm and your body will reach it's optimum weight. If you are a diabetic, eat a light snack of veggies an hour or so before you go to bed. Protein sticks to your ribs and keeps you from feeling hungry much longer. Carbs run right through your system so use them with protein or just before exercise for a boost of energy. Fats are necessary but in moderation. They keep your hair shiny and your skin healthy but they also sit on your hips and thighs if you eat too much. Excercise builds muscle and muscle burns fat the fastest. So EXCERCISE!!!!! Brussesl Sprouts Gross!

On a more serious note, Well i can't blame you for not liking them I think they taste like DIRT, well how i assume dirt would taste from the smell of it anyways, i've never eaten any mud pies before have you ?

In theory, filling up on almost any vegetable should cause you to lose weight. In fact, it would not work for me, because I would have to put a lot of butter on the Brussels sprouts to eat them. If you find a low calorie food you enjoy eating enough to eat lots of it, it will help you lose weight. I had not heard of the Brussels sprouts diet, though.
