I have decided to join the gym.

I wanted to buy an elliptical trainer. But I have decided that it is more cost effective to join the gym. It is only $20 per month for the gym membership. The elliptical would cost anywhere from $500 to $1000. I will just use the one at the gym. I already have a treadmill at home anyway.

I wish I got tanning with my gym membership. It is extra at my gym. I tan at the hair salon anyway. But the gym has stand up beds.

I love my gym. It is an additional $1 for tanning a month (unlimited) needless to say I use it quite a bit. We have both lay and stand up beds.

nice choice.but do you know that you can save a lot when you buy it. in the long run,you can actually save more but it would take some time to notice it.since you dont really have much need for it.your decision is still a good choice.but i have noticed in your picture that you are already fit do you really have to go in a gym?

I know that I am not fat even though I will say I am. I feel huge though since I gained that weight from my back injury. I cannot fit into my smaller jeans. I need to work on getting back into them. And I always wanted to lose another 10 pounds after I lost the 70. I just have to figure out how to fit everything into my busy life.

best choice you have made! at the gym you can do more than one machine and you can do all types of weights as opposed to being at home, lacking the motivation to workout and having spent so much money on just one machine. and most gyms offer aerobic classes included in your membership and they are free of charge. i like to take classes sometimes and its not as boring as always being on a treadmill, its fun to have so many options. working out should be enjoyable and never a chore

Hey I joined the gym also I want to loose some weight and tone up my 37 year old body. My husband is noticing the little weight I have lost already. God blessed me with a pretty face and a great body but after a while and seven children only the pretty face remains. So its off to the gym. Well keep me up to date on the experience.

thats good, I should join a gym or something but I am short on money so I am just going to start doing at home work-outs. Good luck at the gym!

I have turbojam. It is really good for working out at home. My thing is that I need someone to work out with. I know a couple of people who will go to the gym with me. I guess it is a buddy system.
