Money for surfing the web

I recently signed up for SlashMySearch.com. It's supposed to pay money for surfing the web, and it has a $20 minimum payout. So, I reached the $20 in my account, but the payout page still says I can't cashout because I only have $0.00. Has anyone else signed up for this site? Did anyone get paid?

I too have joined this site recently. And I used it allot and my account balance still shows the $15 they gave me so I don't know. I don't find it working to well.
