Well... with that one recipe... how do you cook your shrimp?... you can cook shrimp soup... which is quite tasty... just add your favorite vegatables... another is shrimp omelet... be sure to use like cream of mushroom just for added taste... and my favorite way to cook shrimp is the simpliest one of all... steamed shrimp... just steam it until it is cooked tender... then dip it in vinegar with pepper or your favorite dip... i will taste so delicious...

There are many ways of cooking shrimps. Here in our part of india, it is a very famous food. we have it very often. You can try this. Take 250 Gm de shelled shrimps. you need 150 ml coconut milk. ginger, garlic, onion paste according to taste. at first fry the shrimps slightly brown in oil. drain extra oil, keep them aside. Take the coconut milk, add 50 ml water,a little turmaric, ginger garlic paste and boil it for 5 mins. Now add the shrimps and salt to taste. cover with a lid and shimmer for 10 min . its a very good indian receipe of shrimp.

I don't know if this will help you much, but my husband and I roll our shrimp in butter and roll them in flour to batter them and then we put them and the deep fryer and let them cook for a while.

Ok. Just butter them and roll into flour, and drop them down in heated grease or oil and fry them until they are crispy.

one of my favorite ways to have shrimp is coconut shrimp, leave tail on shrimp, dip in raw egg and then roll in sweet coconut and fry until coconut is lightly brown and shrimp is just right, serve with a plum sauce or just as is.

My favourite way to have shrimp/prawns is just fried in garlic butter. They're also good skewered on skishkebabs with veggies, or in stirfries. The best thing is they really go with any flavours, from a spicy cajun dish to a seafood caesar salad, so just experiment and add some in with whatever else you feel like cooking!

The most easy way is to steam the shrimps. You don't need to add anything on it. Just steam them until they are done. It won't taste bad. This is the only one way which you can enjoy how fresh the shrimps are.

Grilled shrimp with onions and pea pods is very good as you can stri fry the pea pods with some onions and /or bok choy and grill the shrimp on skewers. Shrimp is also good steamed a little then stirfried with cashews, water chestnuts and served over a bed of rice. You can broil it with some lemon and butter wrapped in some foil and of course lots of garlic ! Good for you for getting the hubby in the kitchen, isn't it fun ? sharing the light and happy new year, Miss Erica Hidvegi, the Enlightenment_Advisor, B.A. Psych/M.A. Transpersonal Studies- Cnslng/Author, Artist, Photographer, Entrepreneur & Freelance extraordinaire www.enlightenment-psych.net

One of my favourite ways to have shrimp is to have it with fettucini. First I make the fettucini alfredo. Then I lightly steam the shrimp and mix them in. I put tons of shrimp in so that they are all over the pasta. The dish is a bit fattening, but Oh MY what a delight!
