What causes RUntime Error?

I'm not sure what exactly causes it but I have seen it happen when I visit Mylot recently. I don't think it really has anything to do with our own computer having the error. I think it has alot to do with the website you are visiting.

Runtime errors happen when the software encounters a data that it shouldn't. For instance, one is filling a revenue form and instead of number puts a letter in one field. An ill designed software could crash because it was expecting a number and the input was not even thou the code and compilation were perfect. A solution would be a piece of code checking the input and a message asking for the right kind of data. Some occasions might be the computer that is corrupted and passes an incorrect information. Anyhow you'll see a message with invalid data on memory address. If you find this error so many times with the same software is good to check the installation and do some cleaning and defraging. You might also let the software designer know the error message, just don't expect return.
