Orange and its uses

It is a fruit which is in Tamil Nadu, India known as Kamala orange. It is a source of fruit which is rich in vitamin A, B, and C.Eating this fruit can stop bleeding gums and body sores. This fruit can be consumed in small quantities even by diabetic patients and by those on a weight reduction diet.
Also these oranges are used in variety of beauty products especially those used for bleaching face. It makes the skin shine.

Oranges are fruit of winter in Pakistan, they are found in differnt varieties and all are eaten likely in this season. We have "Malta" "Mausami" "Fruiter" and most like new breed called "Kino". and Red blood oranges are yummmyyy
We ate them lot and like them and their juices are good for health
sure they are good for health and might have other advantages but one think i like to share
i eat things coz of their taste and as i liked them, i never checked what are their advantages and disadvantages

That is some really good information that you posted. I really like oranges and didn't know that it could be used in the ways that you mention. I may try to use some for my skin and see how it does for me.

Hello dear subathra. I didn't know that orange has this kind of excellent qualities with so many different kinds of vitamines. But most of the time, I prefer orange juice as it is more convenient without having to peel the skin. I am lazy, huh? lol. Thanks for the information about orange and its uses. I will have more oranges and orange juice.

Well i do eat normally 1 or 2 a day, and ive yet not been sick for almost 2 years now :-P but i do drink aloe vera drinke aswell and that helps uo even more ;)
