tea tree oil

I have just learned about tea tree oil, and it's benefits to the skin. I am wondering does this stuff help the joints and ligaments, or does it not absorb in that way? Thank you for anyone with any information on this product,be it adverse or healing effects.

Teatree is a natural fungicide, antiseptic, antiparasitic. It can used specifically for dandruff, acne and other skin blemishes, itching, athletes foot, other ringworm conditions, yeast infections, bad breath, gingivitis, peridontal disease.
