The white sauce I know is Ingredients Flour Milk Butter , Broth or water Heat butter, mix flour,milk & water stir constanly in low heat. Hope this help

Hi: As an amateur chef, It almost sounds like a gazpacho used as a dip... interesting... may have to try it myself...Will let U know what I come up with... It's almost too sweet for anything I can think of... except Christmas stuff.. Was It a Hollandaise recipe?... AC

Sorry, I cant help you. I have never heard of a white sauce that had cucumbers in it. I hope someone can help you out.

I was looking all over the place...the closest I got was this recipe--supposedly it's for fish or salmon patties...but like I said,it's the closest I was able to find--I'll keep checking though Cucumber Sauce From Diana Rattray, An easy cucumber sauce for fish or salmon patties. INGREDIENTS: * 1 cucumber, peeled * 1/4 teaspoon salt * dash pepper * 1/2 cup heavy cream * 2 tablespoons vinegar PREPARATION: Chop cucumber; place in colander to drain thoroughly and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Whip cream until stiff; fold in vinegar and chopped cucumber mixture. Serve this cucumber sauce with fish or salmon patties.

Wish I could help , but I've never heard of this sauce. It does sound really good though. When you do locate the recipe please post it!
