For some reason I am having one of those crazy, I am not in the mood for anything or anyone days. I just want to be left alone and not talk to anyone. I seriously don't have days like that very often. If i feel one coming on I kindly ask it to go away. But today, it hit me like a Mac Truck!!! what do you do to get rid of that feeling so you can change that I am having one of those days feeling??

Go for a walk and take deep breaths. Read a book, do some type of activity that will take your mind off the issue or problem at hand. Just let it go, get up shake the dust off and keep it movin. You'll get through it. It happens to the best of us just don't let it keep you down.

I know it happens to the best of us for sure. But I am pretty good with shaking it before it get's to close to me. I would love to be home right now in a nice bubble bath with a good book and a cocktail. I so know that would work

Nothing...I have them rarely and I just sleep and get it over with. There's no point fretting over it and I know I get it once in a while. I'm usually better after a good sleep and so I'll just do that.

I have a few of those days a few times a year or maybe more. I just let it ride and blob out. I have on occasion taken a nice hot bubble bath, slept a few hours, or just blobbed out in front of the tv. I do make sure no one bothers me though ...I don't go online, I ignore the phone and let the answer machine pick up and I ignore any knocks on our front door. That way I can just relax and do absolutely nothing until my hubby and son come home LOL

So, does this mean you won't read this until tomorrow? LOL Since every once in awhile I need some alone time, I don't "make my leave-me-alone" days go away. I would, however, watch how often this occurs. Everyone NEEDS some down time with this fast paced society of ours, so enjoy it!

I like to put on some of my favorite music, and just let it take me away. If it's an angry day, put on some rock or metal or something and sing along. If it's a sad day, go for those songs that always make you cry. If it's just hyperness, go for techno or pop, something really fast-paced to match your mood. It always seems to help me. I wish you the best of luck, whichever route you go.

I hate those days. The last two days have been like that for me. I just keep going and try to make the best of it. I have those days alot, so I have to just try to ignore them when they come but it sure isn't easy to do.

I like to vent and get it all out, whether it's just in an email to a friend or my blog. And like the other person, music helps me a lot too. Then to cheer myself up, I watch some of my favorite movies, especially the funny ones. I'm glad you're feeling better now!
