Is snoaring good for health? Or it is a defect in the respiratory system? Please say your views.

snoring is by no means a good thing its caused by many things the main ones being alot of fat around the throat which can close the airways in bad cases the wind pipe can even collapse, so if we say the snoring is caused by fat closing airways this can oftern mean you have a restless night and wake up more tired than when you went to sleep but thankfully there are many ways to stop snoring

One of the ways to stop snoring is to pull the person over to his / her side, make the person sleep on their sides. The snoring will go off. Only when they sleep on their back this problem persists.

I have always heard that snoring is not good for us. they say that we are snoring because we are not breathing correctly while we sleep.

snoring shows that you have some sort of obstucted airway in your nose...you should get it checked out by an ear nose and throat doctor to make sure everything is ok...
