I don't know what shaklee is, and I haven't really tasted anything soy sounds good though.

I prefer sugar, but not that much. Just a little like in a lemon meringue pie and once in a while meringues but after a while they become boring. I do not like anything too sweet and I do not like salt at all. I like things to taste creamy, but not fat. I guess I am stuck in the middle, but I notice you have not mentioned anything hot and spicy. I like that the best.

I think I prefer salty foods more. I do like to eat sweets every once in a while though. Salty food seems to curve my hunger more than sweets do. If I eat alot of sweets, I am still hungry for some salt. I like to snack on pretzels and dip or chips and salsa.

Oh winterose, you got me here on this one. Since I quit smoking over a year ago I like it all. LOL I eat something sweet then I want something salty to get rid of the sweet then of course I want something sweet to get rid of the salt. I had it made during Christmas, I got a tin of popcorn, salted, cheesy and caramel so I had it all right there.
