What is the meaning of successful?

Success means different things to different people, but one thing that we all agree on is that we want to be successful. We know that success breeds success. To me success means more than money and that it may be hard to quantify it, but I will know it when it happens. I might not reach all my goals, but it is in the trying that success is made.

for me,what I have today is already a success.to stand on my own and send myself to school without asking financial support from my parents.

i guess different people have different definitions about success.how to be successful and how to get your success is always a hot topic.i've seen some books talk about success,but finally,i found success is just a feeling,it is like happiness,if i want the success of myself,that's easy.but if i think success is a big thing,like Bill Gates,then it is a difficult thing,coz i have to approve myself to the world.and when the world think you are successful,not everybody can do that.lol,i dont know what i am talking about,maybe getting away from the topic.

If you are happy with your life, then you have succeeded.

What is the meaning of successful? It's really hard to give it a definition....it is differernt in different people 's mind...in my opinion,as long as you get your goals,you are successful.

I come from a common valley.In my youth,no one talks about success,my parents never ask me to have a dream,they are farmers.I have not dream now,I think,to overcome myself is my success.before 20,I always feel nervous about this,but now,i think it is normal.I am busy in making money to support my life and take care of my home now,this is my material world.

Success to me, is achieving any goal that you set for yourself. We may not always succeed in what we set out to do, but then ending completion that still makes us very happy and feeling complete, is still success in my book, no matter how many losses you had to get there.

To me, it means being satisfied with what you do in life. It's when you finally reach the point in your life where you feel that all your hard work has paid off. Successful doesn't necessarily have to be based on the work you do. Anything that you do, and are proud of, that's successful for that person.
