Do you exercise?

I don't think that you have to be over weight to excerise, I think that excerise is good for your heart and your health, I excerise like 3 times a week every week, do you excerise too?

Exercise is a must for all humans. Among many options before us like swimming, brisk walk, jogging, treadmill, static cycling, an American journal suggests jogging as the best where one can burn more carbohydrates in 20 mintues jogging. I go for brisk walking for 3 kms. every day.

Yeah,I exercise every night three hours before I fall asleep as it can guarantee a sound sleep at night,I do agree that exercise is good for our heart a nd health.I have this habit for quite a long time and I can feel that I benefits a lot ...

Hi, yes exercise is good for our health and it has lots of benefits even just a few minutes of it a day. It can help you lose weight which every body knows. It also reduces stress, relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety. Study also showed that it reduces the risk of heart disease and certain types of cancer. And when you exercise you can feel that it boost your mood it give you more energy and it even help you sleep better. It increases bone density and strengthen the heart and lungs. Well simply speaking , it Improve quality of our lives.

Yes, excerise is good but some people don't like to excerise because you know the next day you wake up in pain, but I agree with what you are saying and you are so right, thanks for responding
