Ok people who here likes to do the laundry. Are oyu the type of person who does it all and gets it over with i mean cleaned folded and put away or will you clean it and then let it sit there for a few days until you want or need to put it away. I have to put it all away, well most of the time, Some times it just gets folder and put in the room till the next day.

see this is a major contention in our house. when i do the laundry (and most often just take it to a laundry mat) i hang it all up, fold it all and put it away. my girlfriend will do the laundry, ask me to help her and end up folding it but not putting it away, so it migrates to the desk or the chairs or just everywhere. i HATE that! if you are going to do it, dont do it half way, fold it, put it away and be done with it!

I understand where you are coming from.Luckily my husband is OCD so when he does stuff it always gets finished, but on the other end of that i have to have it all put away as well!!!Sometimes i just get tired!

I hate doing laundry. I do at least two loads of it every day. I always wash them, dry them, and put them away all in the same day. I can't stand it to stay stacked up and no one else here will put it away. It would stack for days if I didn't do it all.

Same here. I don't know where all of it come from sometimes. There are only 3 of us in the household. I guess I need to get bigger baskets LOL, but then I would need a bigger washer and dryer to hold all of it.

I must like doing laundry. I do so much of it. I pull down the shower curtains and wash them every couple weeks, I pull the comforters off at least once a month and do them. I put everything away as soon as it's done. I have to admit that sometimes I don't fold the underwear and socks all that well and throw it all in the drawer. Okay, you didn't ask, but here is my pet peeve. I do my son's laundry, put it in a nice neat stack on his bed, desk, chair, wherever there is a space. I swear it ends up on the floor and I'm washing the clean stuff again within a week. I end up having to put it all away and that defeats my purpose of him doing some fo the work. Oh well.

I agree with you. I have to put everyones laundry away...or it ends up on the floor and dirty again, and they didn't even wash it...I can't wait till my oldest can do her own laundry so she can lean what i go through every day!!!1

At home, we always laundry clothes everyday. Sometimes my younger sister will take in charge of it, but most of the time, it is me, because I like to do the laundry than washing the dishes and cleaning the surroundings. It is just easy when you make laundry, you will just sit and do the scrubbing and rinsing. But it is somewhat a tedious work especially we don't use washing machine, my mom, do believe that all dirt from clothes will not be remove by a washing machine, so we do it the old way. I have not postponing laundry work, and I am not comfortable thinking that I will have more clothes to wash tomorrow because I didn't do laundry today. It made me sick, so we always prefer to have it everyday.

IF i had a washer and dryer in my house.. i would have NO COMPLAINTS about doing the laundry everyday!! i mean, the only part that is really like work is the folding right ? And its STILL better then washing dishes!!!!!! at least i think so. When we do laundry, and yes i say we, cause by the time we go to the laundry mat there is no one in heaven and earth that i'd be able to carry all that laundry myself to the laundry mat, There is usually about 9-11 loads to do, and now i'm going to have another baby, there will be EVEN MORE OMG!! When we move i'm hoping we have a washer and dryer installed in the place we live.

I like to clear it up as soon as possibal, sometime I start the folding while i'm taking it off the line LOL. I know if I let it sit there it will sit there for weeks or I will just get things out as I need them.

The laundry is one of my most favorite chores, all I have to do is put the clothes in the washer and I don't have to do anything else untill it goes off, same as the dryer. It really gives me a lot of free time, unlike moping and dusting and all of those other tedious task.

With two little ones in the house, plus me and my hubby we have laundry to do every day. I wash it dry it fold it then put it away, mostly due to the fact that I HATE putting away laundry. If I didn't put it away right then and there it would never get put away. I would find 4,000 excuses not too.
