Scam sites - legal action

Anyone has any idea whether it's possible to start a legal action against scam sites? As you know, if the owners of these sites are not punished, they can easily open up another site and scam again. After all, I think this is fraud too. I was thinking that, if we start a legal action together, we might actually win. Let me know. thanks!

exactly. I really do feel this has to go both ways. They do protect themselves against cheaters, why shouldn't we?? After all, if they don't hold up their part of the deal, that's what they're doing: CHEATING!

I really hope so. And I also hope there's a lawyer in here somewhere who would take the time to tell us if this is doable.

money scam sites - i was fooled really
thats really true..^_^ sadly, there is no law yet, no international protection for us.. i am a victim at online-capital, i invested $80 dollars and after a year, they disappeared. its so sad because i personally hold that money.. they have the system of growing money from the stock market.. like if you deposit 100 dollars it will be tripled the next year.. and they give well to the members, others who had withdraw earlier are very lucky, they got their money back. its really hurting but i was a victim and now i regret for being carried away because of that promise.. well take care^_^

I'm sorry to hear that, but that's exactly why I think we should all join and find a way to let those people know that they cannot take advantage of their users and get away with it...!

How do you really want to achieve this, as it is very difficult to get their actual location

I really have no idea at the moment, but I supposed there should be ground for a legal action...after all, they're breaching a contract... I was wondering if anyone knows an attorney who could give us an answer..

Taking legal action against scam sites could be a good idea. I hope it can prosper.
