vehaileairu Hi, thanks, I think I really need a companion to go to the gym religiously.. I have been members with all sorts of outstanding gym but never cared to visit regularly.. I even go just once a month in a 12 month membership.

vehaileairu this is wonderful, I will do my best to practice them. Specially chewing the food properly and drink water as I am sometimes confused with thirst from hunger. The cereals and fruits are always part of my meal. I love you advise :)
