Bread Pudding

Ingredients: 6 slices of one day old bread 2 tablespoons of butter "melted" 4 eggs beaten 2 cups milk 3/4 cup white sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla heat oven to 350f "175c" Break the bead into small pices and mix all the ingerdints in a bowl then pour in on the beard bake for 45 mins.

wow, another version of bread pudding. Thanks for the recipe, the one which I have is only using 2 slices of bread. I love to share it with you and the rest here; CARAMEL BREAD PUDDING Ingredients : 4 cups milk 1/2 tin condensed milk 2 slices of white bread 3 eggs vanilla essence Caramel 3/4 cup sugar Method : 1. Boil the milk. 2. Remove from heat and add bread. Leave to cool. 3. Add condensed milk, eggs and vanilla 4. Put in the blender and liquidize. 5. Make caramel with 3/4 cup sugar. 6. Grease the sides of a Pyrex bowl with butter. Pour the caramel into the bowl. 7. Pour the milk mixture and steam for about 15 to 20 minutes. Note : I used fresh milk.

you need to make it liquidize so the pudding will have a fine texture when it done. the bread need to be pasture so the pudding will be in smooth texture.

Thanks for the reciepe. I love Bread Pudding. When we were kinds my Aunt used to make it for us. Since I have come to know how to do it, I will make it for my kids.Thanks once again.

your welcome and yes i am allwas trying new things to make and cook sometimes they are bad but other times they are gold matter of fact everyone one i know keep askign me to cook for them where ever i go cus they know they are in for somethng good hehe
