Do You Check Weather Report/ Forecast Everyday?

Hong Kong

Honestly speaking, the weather report or forecast in Hong Kong really sucks. When it says raining, it doesn't rain. When it says it has sunshine, it doesn't. I got really frustrated with it and I don't really read it anymore. I prefer the old fashioned way - looking at the sky every morning and try to guess what would happen during the day. What about you?

I never given the weather report that much thought during the past years... but i remember listening intently during my highschoold days in the hopes that they will declare a no class day because of the bad weather... i was so immature then... no thinking that a bad weather may mean disaster for many... but i was happy as long as i don't go to school...

No, sometimes I don't even look out the window. We watched a silly movie on TV the other night called "Network" about a TV news station run amok where one executive wanted to put a physic on the news and the guy suggested using her for the weather report. Don't you have to just love science?

I never bother about the weather report of forecast everyday. In my country the changers of weathers are mainly concerned with rainy and sunny day. To avoid to be trapped by the heavy rain I always try to do the weather forecast by my own experience, lol. Hehe most of the time it is really accurate. Of course if inaccurate I will have the risk to be caught in the rain.

I do! I have always been very curious about the weather. Temperature, forecast, rains, droughts, etc. I don't know why, but the fact is that i always pay attention to the forecast through some websites or when i watch the news.

no, I don't check on weather report everyday except when there's atyhpoon or any weather disturbance. I do check on the internet from time to time. But on ordinary days I don't mind not knowing what the weather would be..:)

I have to. I live in Melbourne Australia and the weather can change 5 times in a day. Somethimes we will get ready to go somewhere outdoor the next morning and you watch the news and they tell us it is going to rain. We still dont trust them and wake up and check the sky. Thats why we cant make a plan (expecialy with small kids) we have to wait and see.

as for peopple who live in places that have sucky wheather, they can't avoid to check the weather forecast everyday especially in the winter times because of the precarious weather. i live in illinois right now and i hate the weather here because of the sudden change of weather especially during winter. one day we have a sixty degree day, then next, we are having a blizzard or a freakin freezing wind blowing on our faces. i hate the weather here in the windy city. that makes me hate this place too.

I look outside every day, as my business needs good weather. My weather man is usually right, but I live in an area with good weather most of the time. The problems we have are flooding, fires and earthquakes.

Well, in our country it is almost a must thing to check the weather and because it is going quite chilly cold and rainy these days, we have to check in the newspapers or even wait for the weather forecast on our television. Sometimes, it happens the same as what has happened to you and the what the forecast is doesn't happen at times and thats quite frustating.

In fact sometimes I will miss the weather forecast time. But it is OK. Before I go out, I will look out of the window. If it rains, then I will bring an umbrella. And I have a cellphone which I can download weather information via the net. So it's OK that I don't have to learn the weather from TV. I love China

I don't check weather reports daily. But at times I do encounter whether reports on a certain url, so I just read it. And sometimes when I go to my homepage, I find our country's weather report so I just have a glance in it. Normally, I just look on the clouds, and on the temperature, if suddenly i just fell very uncomfortable and sweating, well that I know will rain.

Yes I do check the weather forecast every day! I think it becomes a bit of an obsession for me because they are always predicting awful things, which I have to say 80 percent of the time never seems to happen (luckily) and then I spend the rest of the day waiting for all the bad weather thats been predicted to come and it never does!!
