How important is building a business or getting ahead at your job to you?
How many people will you step on to get to the 'Top' ?
Well I will tell you I have found a better way...
A company that wants their distributors to be 'better then that'
A company that rewards me for being a caring person..
Shaklee is the best! And I think it's not just Shaklee! I think this is the beginning of a new trend!
They have a unique gold ambassador compensation plan..so special that it has a copywrite.
As a Gold Ambassador I want to have 3 GA enter my team..now the part I like is for me to meet the next phase(more money) I must help my 3 GAs get their 3..and it goes on...If I am selfish and I say I'm taking care of ME ME ME
and I just sign GA after GA I will get to the first rung on the ladder and I will stay there..Don't misunderstand I will be earning a bonus for every GA but I'm not building my tomorrow..I need my team to grow out as well as up...I have signed new prospects under the present GAs..Looks like I'm giving them a sign up but I'm helping myself as well..
Isn't that the way it should be...be rewarded for working together..I can give something away and it ends up more valueable...Awesome!
Think about the pyrmids...if not for teamwork...
Do you think the world is changing..realizing the cut throat thing doesn't work for long...
Are we becoming kinder?
Any thoughts?

Everyone in the world steps on someone to get what they want and if you don't you will never own anything.

David Sweets
I feel very sorry for you if you truly believe what you have written.
David please don't think I mean that as an insult..
I would never offend anyone purposely.
I have made 2 promotions in this wonderful company in 6 months and I DON'T STEP ON ANYONE and you could come to my town and speak to people that have known me for years, or ask mylot friends and they will tell you what I said is true.
Shaklee has designed a very special way of paying us that makes it to our advantage to help others.
What goes around comes around.
David try it my way for a week...
See how you grow ...inside..
Good luck my friend

Raydene, I'm glad to hear about a company that doesn't encourage stepping on someone to get what they want. I signed up for Shaklee a few years ago but never really got going, although I was taking their calcium for quite awhile. I may be interested in taking a second look when I can afford it and I'll definitely give you a holler.

I remember Shaklee products from when I was little. They were good then. The representatives from the company were wholesome, down to earth, and not those that PUSH, PUSH, PUSH their product. The woman who used to come to our home was always very friendly and usually brought along somebody she was training, as well.
I don't think that this is a "new" trend, per se, but a warming again to something that has been in existence. I'm glad you found this company, as they are still one of the few that hold ethics and virtues well.
Congratulations, and I hope all goes well with you, so that you may pass it on as well. And thank you, for the reminder that good and non-selfish ways still exist in today's world!

I think that there are always kind people out there, but they do not always use their voice. We are perhaps hearing them more loudly now. It is interesting to hear how you build your business.

There is a saying that goes something like this "Help others with no expectation of reward - and you will be rewarded in abundance". It works! I believe in the law of the universe - what we give out, we get back, and I find this is true in our everyday lives.
It's certainly working for you raydene!

I wish the whole world was changing and that we, as a whole would become kinder but at least it's good to know there are some companies who have done so! That's always been my idea on how to do business. I'm a very firm believer in building relationships in my business opportunities with those I bring into the program. I'm a great believer in teamwork!

I don't know if the world is getting kinder but as long as we all start trying to become more and more like you the world will surely become a far better place! I do try never to step on anyone to reach my goals and ambitions and it is so refreshing to see a company not only enable but encourage this! xxx
