Mylot won't let me read my private messages....Grrrrr

I have two private messages and every time I press messages at the top of the website to read my messages, the page loads and it says that I do not have any messages. I cannot read them or respond. I have tried 4 times now.
Anyone else having this problem? I have had the problem off and on all week.

Same here. I even tried to go to all messages and it will not load any of them either from the past.

I wish I could help you solve your problem Step, but I don't know how. I think I also encounter the same problem before though not in this site, and I just try ignore it after I got annoyed trying to open it.
I would suggest for you to signout and log in back, it might work.

Thank you for rersponding. I signed out and back in but the message still won't come up or show for me. Some days I have no problems at all and other days, it won't open. I just mainly want whoever contacted me to know why I have not replied also.

Thank you. I finally got it to open and got to read and respond to both messages. I think it was just a small glitch in the Mylot network or something. Maybe they were accessing that area when I tried to get it to laod. Thanks for your response and your help though. It is greatly appreciated.

It is sad to know it does not work, but I hope it will be resolve soonest as possible so you can check the messages. I know you are really excited to open it.
I would just hope somebody will pop up and give you suggestion that will resolve your problem. As of now, what could I suggest again is to refer this problem to admin. They might be able to check it and resolve the problem for you.

Hi. I have contacted Mylot but no response yet. The problem does not happen all of the time, just every so often.

No till now but you can post a question to a member of mylot team. I forget his name here in mylot but there are a few days that he is looking forward any question about mylot team and mylot work. Good luck with your problem

Their name is crash. I need to report the problem to them even though I contacted Mylot about it. Thanks for the luck for me on this. It only happens once in a while but it is still annoying.
