I am betting that there is someone in your family who love Pumpkin Bread. Am I Right? Well you can make it anytime you want once you have the all purpose convenience mix ready made. To make the mix, you will need to go here for the recipe:

These homemade mixes will save you and your family quite a bit of money if you use them faithfully.
If you use the pumpkin pie filling instead of the canned pumpkin, you will not need to add all the spices. I still addd a bit of pumpkin pie spice to mine though. This bread is great for picnics and church gatherings.
Pumpkin Bread
3 cups All Purpose Convenience Mix
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons water
1 egg
1 cup pumpkin pie filling or cooked
pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Combine ingredients together and mix
well. Pour into a greased loaf pan, 9 x 5
x 3 inches. Bake at 350 degrees for 50
to 55 minutes.

Pumpkin is a year round favorite for us. This is great to have. I even stir pumpkin into my oatmeal as I cook it.
